FetchPro Subscription Policy
Who owns FetchPro?
Thank you for becoming a FetchPro customer, owned and operated by TeliApp Corporation.
When and how often am I charged?
FetchPro charges a monthly subscription fee based on the number of licenses you purchased. Your subscription fee is charged on or about thirty (30) days after the date you initially became a customer, and you are charged in advance of the time for which the subscription covers. So, for example, if you first signed up for FetchPro on May 1, 2020, then your next month’s charge will be on or about June 1, 2020. Using the same example, the charge you see on your credit card statement for the May 1, 2020 charge covers your subscription until the next charge on or about June 1, 2020.
Is there an annual contract?
There is no annual contract for your subscription.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, you can cancel your FetchPro subscription at any time with no penalty.
Can I get a refund?
We do not offer refunds for FetchPro subscriptions. If you cancel your FetchPro subscription before your next billing date, you will be able to continue to use FetchPro until on or about the day before your next billing date.
How do I cancel my FetchPro subscription?
On your computer, open FetchPro Connect and click on the FetchPro icon, and then click on the Settings button. Once on Settings, click on the My Subscription tab. Here you will see a button that says “Cancel my Subscription”. You will see a dialogue box asking you to confirm your wish to cancel, and it will tell you the date to which you can continue to use FetchPro (the end of your then-current billing cycle).
